Responsibilities
- Participate in defining how software development is done in the AI era, making developers and teams faster and smarter along with producing higher-quality code.
- Own the Full product lifecycle, define the product strategy within your area, aligning with the overall Tabnine Strategy, and bring it all the way to 1M+ developers through validation, build, analysis, experimentation, and sales enablement.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Research, Support, Marketing, and Sales, with effective communication to align goals.
Requirements
- We’re looking for a skilled engineering lead with in-depth knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) who has transitioned or is prepared to transition into product management. This individual possesses a solid understanding of product management principles, consistently views challenges from the user's perspective, and imagines daily how developers' work can be revolutionized through AI capabilities.
- Software Development Background: Requires at least 3 years of software development experience for effective engineering team collaboration and a comprehensive grasp of technical details.
- Startup Experience: Demonstrates adaptability and proactive engagement in a startup atmosphere, thriving in fast-paced environments.
- Data-Driven Insight: Proficient in analyzing user behavior and product funnels, adept at driving decisions based on data. Skilled in developing features, gathering feedback, and making user-centric improvements.
- Teamwork and Communication: Excels in teamwork and project management, with outstanding English communication skills.
- Educational Advantage: A degree in Computer Science or Engineering is beneficial, enhancing skills in technical and product management areas.
