In the pursuit of this vision, we’re phasing out Tabnine Basic on April 2nd, 2025. We’ll walk you through your options to help you transition smoothly.
On April 2nd, 2025 Tabnine Basic will be discontinued and replaced with a limited time new free experience called Tabnine Dev Preview. All previously registered Tabnine Basic users will automatically be transitioned into Tabnine Dev Preview. Un-registered Tabnine Basic users can access Tabnine Dev Preview at any time by registering via an IDE popup notification.
Tabnine Dev Preview is a free 14 day experience with access to the full set of features offered on our paid Tabnine Dev tier. Tabnine Dev Preview does not require a credit card to access – simply register your email account with Tabnine. To continue using Tabnine after completing Tabnine Dev Preview, just enter your credit card to start a 30 day free trial of the Tabnine Dev plan.
Tabnine Basic users can also take advantage of a limited time 25% discount offer on an annual subscription to Tabnine Dev. The 25% discount will be available from March 26th till April 30th. Don’t miss this opportunity to upgrade to a more powerful AI experience.
